1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders or if an item is on backorder, shipment may be delayed by a few additional days. Should a significant delay occur, we will notify you by email or phone.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) – Free on orders over $99
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Calculated at checkout
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – Calculated at checkout

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of [Your Company Name].


3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only to addresses within the United States (excluding U.S. territories and P.O. Boxes).
  • We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.
  • Some large or heavy security system components may have additional shipping surcharges; these will be disclosed prior to checkout.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

USecure is not liable for products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is marked as “Delivered” but not received, contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.


6. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be refunded or reshipped free of charge. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.


8. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If you purchase a pre-order or backordered item, your order will ship as soon as the item becomes available. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays beyond the estimated availability date.
